Many 4,000 m summits are accessible to mountaineers from the Täsch hut, including the Allalinhorn, the Alphubel, the Rimpfischhorn, the Täschhorn or the Dom des Mischabels. The hut is also very popular with hikers, who regularly stop here on their way from Randa to Zermatt. All are treated to a warm welcome from Renata Schmid, who does her utmost to provide visitors with a pleasant stay to ensure everyone is ready for their climb or walk.
